Cetrotide Shot II

This is the second night of the three series of shots for this week. I have now switched to Cetrotide as the pricing was cheaper at the pharmacy. The intention again was for me to give it to myself but that did not work out. Pete and I agreed just as long as he was not in class then he had no problems giving me shots. Thank goodness because apparently I am having an issue giving them to myself.
Each day a shot is given we alternate the sides of the stomach. Tonight the shot was given on my left side and hurt just a tad more than my right side. The shot area was bleeding a little bit tonight, I don’t think my left side is as forgiving. The medicine stung again so I decided to walk around to see if it would lessen the stinging. That seemed to work quite well.
I also changed the patch tonight. Oh boy was that patch was difficult to take off. It felt like a layer of my skin was coming off with the patch. I put the new patch on and alternated sides of the stomach.
