Acupuncture

I had my second acupuncture appointment today. I met with Alison who was also very nice like Misty.
This time I laid on my back and she put a needle on the top of my head, in the middle of my brow, on my stomach, wrist, ankles and shins.
The needles in my wrist gave me an electric like twinge that went all the say down my hand. She explained that is a good thing because it is aligning my chi/spirit and those spots needed some relaxing.
I did take a power nap and before I knew it she was back in the room removing the needles. She also gave me a concoction to help with my menstrual cramps. It is called pain free and it is suppose to help the blood flow smoother and easier. So hopefully I will have less cramps. I take it three drops three times a day with a shot of water.
